Companies without a full-time finance or legal team
02.2.1What this division does
The back office, documented and audit-ready
Most finance problems in a growing company are not accounting problems. They are record problems — an agreement nobody can find, a vendor paid without a contract, a filing that slipped while everyone was busy delivering.
This division keeps the record straight. Books closed on a schedule, filings made on time, contracts drafted before work starts rather than after a dispute. It is unglamorous and it is the thing that makes everything else defensible.

02.2.4Questions
Asked often.
If the answer you need is not here, ask it in the brief and we will answer it in writing before quoting.
Are you a chartered accountancy firm?
We work with empanelled chartered accountants and advocates for anything that requires a licensed signature, and we manage the relationship and the deadlines for you. You get one point of contact rather than three professionals to chase.
Can you take over books that are behind?
Yes, and it is common. We start with a reconciliation of where the records actually stand, give you a written picture of the gaps, and then agree a catch-up schedule before touching anything.
Is this a retainer or a one-off?
Both exist. Compliance and bookkeeping work best on a monthly retainer. Incorporation, contract drafting and funding documentation are scoped as fixed projects.
