02Divisions

Six services,
organised as five divisions.

Each division has its own lead and delivery team. Engage one, or several at once — the coordination between them is our job, not yours.

02.1

Events

Two distinct practices, one production team. Public-sector work runs on protocol and paperwork; private work runs on guest experience.

GovernmentTender documentation, inter-departmental coordination, permissions and permits, protocol handling, vendor compliance and on-ground execution.
PrivateConferences, launches, award nights, delegate visits and celebrations. Venue, design, production, hospitality and run of show.
02.2

ConsultManagement consulting on process, structure and digital transformation, mapping how work flows before deciding what to change.
02.4

04The project path

Three stages,
seven phases, one path.

The same path runs whether the brief is one division or all five. Three phases are approval points — work does not move past them until you have signed off.

05Why an alliance

One brief. One contract.
One point of contact.

A launch needs production, publicity, content and an invoice trail that survives an audit. Most firms do one of those things, and the gaps between them cost you time and money. Core5Alliance was built so those conversations happen inside one team instead of across four vendors.

05.1
Accountability

One point of contact

A single account manager across every division you engage, with one line of reporting and one escalation path.

05.2
Documentation

Built for compliance

Government work sets the documentation standard for everything we do — GST invoicing, vendor records and approvals kept in order from day one.

05.3
Commercials

Scoped in writing

Deliverables, timelines and costs are agreed before work starts. Changes are quoted, not absorbed quietly and billed later.
